Nothing in these Terms limits ah44's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the process described below.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, and the dispute concerns a gaming-related matter within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. ah44 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated dispute resolution process.
